    APPLICATION

    The general purpose ultrasonic level transmitter provides continuous level measurement up to 49.2” (1.25m) with a selectable 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC or 976-2000 Hz frequency signal output, and is configured via our free WebCal software. Select the voltage output for interface with analog input cards. Select the frequency output for interface with discrete input cards. This non-contact liquid level sensor is ideally suited for corrosive, sticky or dirty liquids, and is widely selected for small day tank, skid, IBC, sump and process tank level applications.

    FEATURES

    • Continuous non-contact level measurement up to 49.2” (1.25m)
    • Selectable voltage (analog) or frequency (discrete) signal outputs
    • Configuration is fast and easy via WebCal software and USB adapter
    • Narrow 2” beam width and short 2” dead band optimized for small tanks
    • PVDF transducer and 6P polycarbonate enclosure for corrosive liquids
    • Automatic temperature compensation for accurate measurement

    The general purpose ultrasonic sensor provides non-contacting level measurement up to 49” (124 cm) or 9.8’ (3 m) with a 4-20mA output.

    The two-wire 4-20mA output requires a 24 VDC loop power supply and will work for signal distances up to 1000 feet.

    The sensor is well suited for a wide range of media and atmospheric tank sizes.

    Other Details

    Advantage Controls warrants units of its manufacture to be free of defects in material or workmanship. Liability under this policy extends for 24 months from date of installation. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of any failed equipment or part proven defective in material or workmanship upon manufacturer’s examination. Removal and installation costs are not included under this warranty. Manufacturer’s liability shall never exceed the selling price of equipment or part in question. Advantage disclaims all liability for damage caused by its products by improper installation, maintenance, use or attempts to operate products beyond their intended functionality, intentionally or otherwise, or any unauthorized repair.
