The WebAdvantage Transfer fee is $95.00 and requires that you complete the attached form, once your order has been place you may download the form, and return via email to matthew.heber@advantagecontrols.com:

This form must be completed before any changes are made. You will also need to be in front of the controller so the serial number may be changed. Advantage Controls will work with you to schedule the update.
Please Note:
• WebAdvantage transfer comes at a cost of $95.00 per controller.
• If the controller is already online, all previous history will be erased as it is the property the former account holder.
• Credit information may be required and approved before account is activated or the fee payed via credit card.
• There is no fee to access your MegaTron locally, but this form will still need to be returned with only Sections A and B completed. If later you decide you would like to utilize the many benefits of WebAdvantage you will need to contact us so we can send you a replacement sign up sheet.
• Documentation and educational tools, can be found on our website at http://www.advantagecontrols.com.
(Controller history records are deemed by Advantage Controls, LLC to be considered the intellectual property of the current contract holder. (The company that is transferring the controller to the new owner.) Advantage Controls, LLC itself has no interest in history disposition, except in defining ownership of past records. Advantage Controls, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for determining ownership of past history records, beyond our definition as such.)
Please Note: Transfers may take up to 5 business days to complete after submitting paperwork.
Also, someone will need to be on-site and able to contact customer service to adjust the serial number in the controller.
